At Caravana Furniture we offer easy and convenient delivery options to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. All our free  deliveries includes  assembly and set-up. Our assembly and set up services is something we pride ourselves on. We hire qualified personnel that will take care of you and your furniture. Furniture can be difficult to put together at times which is why we here at Caravana Furniture have a team that will take away that headache of putting furniture together. If for any reason you do not want your merchandise to be assembled you must sign a waiver at time of delivery or pick up. After you received or have picked up your furniture you have 5 days to notify Caravana furniture of any defects or missing pieces. Make sure you keep the original box since we will need to take these items in its original packaging to our warehouse to get a replacement.

How soon will my furniture be delivered or be available for pickup?
Most orders are available for delivery or pick up within one week or initial order received. One of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. If your merchandise is not available or out of stock our representative will give you a call and will give you an estimate time of arrival.  At Caravana Furniture we pride ourselves on carrying products that are available for immediate delivery or pick up therefore most of the items you find at our online store will be available for delivery or pick up between 1 to 4 weeks.  On occasions items must be special ordered or the demand for a particular item may be higher than anticipated resulting in delayed delivery between 4 -8 weeks, our representative will inform you right away if this may be the case.
A store representative will be contacting you either by phone or email a couple of days before your scheduled delivery to confirm your address and merchandise you’ve purchased

Before my delivery.
You will receive a call 15 to 20 minutes before your delivery from one of our delivery associates. Make sure someone over 18yrs old is at the residence at time of delivery.
Please make sure you make us aware of any specific arrangements needed to gain access to your residence. Make sure there is a clear pathway to the room to where the furniture will be placed. Please keep room clear of any obstructions to ensure the safety of your belongings and the safety of our delivery team.

During your delivery
During your delivery there is nothing you have to worry about. Our team will be there anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the furniture. Please make sure you or someone will be preset during those installation hours of your delivery. Our Delivery associate will let you know an approximate time of completion. For the safety of everyone we also ask if there are any children present that they keep a safe distance from our delivery associates while they work. We want to ensure your safety and the safety of your love ones. Because at times big pieces of furniture have to be maneuver our delivery associates need space to work.

At Caravana Furniture we try to provide as much information as possible so our clients can make the best decision when purchasing their furniture. The client is responsible for making sure the furniture will fit in the desired space. If furniture does not fit in the desired space it is not the responsibility of Caravana Furniture to return the product once it has been delivered.  If at this point the client must return the furniture there will be a restocking fee of 35% that does not including the delivery fee.  If in any circumstances the space is very narrow and the piece of furniture will not fit through a door or hallway the client will have to sign a waver to lift any liability on the damage of the furniture while trying to bring it into the house.

After your delivery
After your delivery and before our delivery associates leave we ask that you make sure to inspect the furniture. If there are any defects you only have 48 hours to make a claim.

We randomly ask our clients for permission to photograph their installation to use at our website under the testimonial  or installation tab. If you are selected you will have to sign a release form.

Lastly all you need to do now is relax and enjoy your furniture.

Changing delivery date
If you need to change delivery date please contact Caravana Furniture the day before your scheduled delivery to reschedule. If our delivery team arrives and you are not available for delivery of your merchandise and our delivery team has to return for a second time you must reschedule for a different day and pay a $40 re-scheduling fee.  Please make sure you call us as soon as you know you will not be available for the delivery of your furniture and need to reschedule.

If your items required assembly you can either request assembly of your item by our team or opt out of assembly. If your item needs assembly you will be notified during the confirmation of your order. Please note that if delivery is required  you need to allow an extra 1 – 2 days for your furniture to be available for delivery.

If you opt out of assembly by Caravana Furniture Professionals you assume all responsibility on putting together your furniture and will not hold Caravana Furniture or its affiliates liable of furniture damage that results from poor assembly. If client opts out of assembly the warrantee will be decreased from 12 months to 3 months if Caravana Furniture determines that the defect of furniture is due to poor assembly. White glove delivery:
White glove delivery includes assembly and placement of furniture and only excludes hanging wall mirror, art pieces or wall television mounts.

Please bring your own blankets and tie-down traps with you upon pick-up.
Caravana is not responsible for any damage to your furniture after loading furniture. Its is the clients responsibility to ensure merchandise is protected during transit.

Assembly service
Assembly service will vary in price. Most of the items that require assembly are dining chairs, dining tables, coffee tables, wine racks, book cases, desks, kitchen carts, some TV stands. The price on assembly will vary from $25 to $65 depending on the item. Caravana Furniture will send you an estimate on the assembly charge. This assembly charge only applies to items that will be picked up by the customer. Delivery services include the assembly charge. It is recommended to get our delivery and assembly service for bunk beds.
